Pure Life Surf School Policy
Payment Policy: Cash, check, Visa/MC/AMEX/Discover are accepted. Full payment is required to reserve your surf camper's spot for the week. No Campers will be permitted to attend or participate in camp unless the week is paid in full.
Cancellation Policy:
There are no exceptions to this policy. If you have to cancel your surf school reservation or need to miss a day of surf camp, our policy is as follows:
1) All surf programs require a MC/Visa/Discover/AMEX Credit Card, cash or check to reserve your spot.
2) If the wave conditions are completely flat or are too dangerous the day of your lesson, your lesson will be rescheduled. We will make all efforts to reschedule your lesson to your schedule or vacation time-frame. If we are unable to reschedule; a refund will be issued to you.
2A) Surf Camp will still operate giving all wave conditions. Other activities, Ocean Awareness classes and events will be substituted in place of surfing. Safety is always our main focus.
3) Group & Private Lessons- all cancellations and rescheduling on your part must be made at least 3 days before your lesson. If you cancel within 24 hours of your lesson time, you will be charged 50% of lesson cost.
4) Participants that do not show up to their lesson will be charged in full for the lesson, no exceptions.
5) All Cancellations must be confirmed with a Pure Life Surf School staff member or left on our voicemail.
6) Summer Surf Camp- all cancellations and rescheduling on your part must be made at least 3 days before the Monday that your Surf Camp week begins. Cancellations not made within 3 days of the Surf Camp week will lose the $100 deposit.
7) There are no make-up days for days missed during your Surf Camp week. No exceptions.

Bad Weather Cancellation Policy: For the safety of our staff and campers, Pure Life Surf School will not host camp on days with dangerous weather conditions. If dangerous and prolonged weather is expected, camp will be canceled and parents will be notified at least one hour prior to camp. At times when short storms approach, surf camp lessons may be substituted with educational trips. If camp is canceled for the day, campers will receive a full day credit to be used for their next week or day of camp. No cash refunds will be given. On days where educational trips are substituted for surf lessons, no refunds or camp credit will be given.
