Weekend Surf School 2012

Pure Life Surf School's, Weekend Surf School starts off Saturday March 17th - May 26th, 2012. It is Located at Frank Rendon Park in Daytona Beach Shores.All surfing levels are welcome to attend. In this program we focus on our students' goals and maneuvers they want to accomplish. In additional to learning how to rip, we re-emphasize the importance of surfing etiquette and make sure every student knows how to surf in crowded breaks, especially at our Inlets. Ponce and New Smyrna Inlets are some of the best waves in Florida. The Inlets can get so ridiculously crowded, but so unbelievably good. A bitter sweet day of surfing at one of our Inlets can be very sweet if everyone knows proper surfing etiquette. Less collisions, dings, fights and ill feelings would occur if everyone knew the basics and has respect for one another.All of our students are taught the fundamentals and are constantly being thrown into those scenarios with other students. We teach them how to respect one another in and out of the water. In our Ocean Safety page we diagram out proper surfing etiquette.
We have practice surfing contests for our students during the Weekend Surf School. We want them to be acquainted with competitive surfing. Although competitive surfing isn't for every student, it is great for them to at least have the surfing competition experience. For more info, please contact us.
